Yes. Install Noteon on the new device and activate again. If you hit an activation limit or need a manual transfer, contact support with your order details.

How do renewals and cancellations work for the Standard plan?

Standard renews monthly (or yearly if billed annually). Billing is handled by the checkout provider used at purchase. To stop future renewals, use the customer portal/link from your receipt or contact us if you need help.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds depend on the checkout provider and the conditions in the Terms of Service. If something went wrong, contact us and include your order ID — we’ll do our best to help.
